We operate a granulation extrusion line for PP, PE and PS materials. We process films, thermoforming materials, stretch film, miralon and rubber. Output granulate is filled into big bags (BB).

We provide comprehensive processing of plastic materials — from mechanical shredding and granulation to separation, homogenization and lab analysis with certified protocol. All under one roof.
Powder production
We manufacture fine plastic powders, specialising in PET. Grain size is tuned precisely to customer requirements. Finished material is packed into big bags up to 1,000 kg.
Material shredding
Six knife mills handle soft plastics — films, stretch film and miralon. For technical materials such as PET, PP and PE we operate a dedicated heavy-duty knife mill designed for demanding inputs. The regrind grain size is tuned precisely to your required fraction.
Shredding
Oversized and bulky inputs go through industrial pre-shredding before fine knife-mill processing. We break down large plastic waste — blocks, baled material and oversized rejects — into a size suitable for knife mills and downstream recycling steps.
Laboratory analysis
Our in-house lab is equipped with a Dynisco capillary plastometer. We analyse MFR, MVR and density for PET, PP, PE, PS and ABS. Every analysis is accompanied by a certified protocol.
Homogenization
We prepare material precisely to customer formulation — according to the required MFI, colour, material ratio and grain size. The result is a homogeneous material ready for further processing.
Compound
We turn industrial plastic waste into colour compound for further processing. The resulting material meets customer requirements for colour and composition.
Metal separation
We remove ferrous and non-ferrous metals from regrind via magnetic and induction separation. The resulting material is ready for safe downstream processing.
Material drying
We remove residual moisture from all processed fractions, ensuring process stability and consistent input quality for extrusion lines.
Compaction
We process light fractions, films and thermoforming waste into a compact bulk form — reducing volume and easing transport and downstream processing.
Industrial waste buy-back
We purchase technological plastic waste directly from production — sprues, non-conforming parts and rejects. We handle pickup and full documentation.
Own vehicle fleet
We operate our own vehicle fleet to transport material to customers across Europe. Fast lead times and flexibility according to order volume.
Container transport
We operate container transport with our own containers for high-volume and long-term contracts. Tailored solutions for regular deliveries and collection routes.
Material certification
Every delivery is accompanied by a certified quality protocol with MFR, MVR and density analysis — a record of compliance with the customer’s technical specification.
